Two of the falcons aren't going to be joining us tomorrow, Gareth's mate Ian and our very own Neil Smith. Apparently the doc charged him 150 quid for a note saying he was tip top which overall is getting things very pricey. We'll all be thinking of you tomorrow Mr S x
Around 18 hours to go until the big jump, wish us all luck!

Last frantic days of sponsorship
Tomorrow will be the last chance we get to push for sponsors where we work. Gareth has set up the pay pal account for us and Neil has done a sterling job of going round the school the old fashioned way getting the technophobes to pledge their support. At this rate we will have to subsidise the jumps ourselves and then push more after the jump to get any sort of money for charity which is half the reason we are doing it. Come on peeps, dig deep. THINK OF THE CHILDREN, WILL NO ONE THINK OF THE CHILDREN! ;)

The flock is growing...
From 3 men in a plane we've now got 2 glamourous PE teachers and a mystery guest joining us. The jump is booked and the race is now on to raise enough dosh to fund the jumps and more importantly the money to go to the NSPCC. We need to have 150 pounds each to take with us on the day, the rest we can raise afterwards after everyone's had a look at yours truly messing himself for 2 minutes from 12,000 ft. For those of you reading this who know and love us please give what you can, it's a once in a lifetime thing we're doing and we'd love to make it even better by raising a stack of cash for charity.

3 men in a plane
Afternoon all on what is today a scorching day over here. As long as the sun is shining on September 1st of this year it won't matter what the temperature is as myself, mild mannered Gareth Kent and Dare Devil incarnate Neil Smith will be tandem sky diving out of a plane for charidee!

For those of you who don't know, tandem skydiving involves strapping yourself to someone who knows what they're doing so all you have to do enjoy the ride and pray the chute opens. We're going to be dropping from 12,000 ft and the whole thing is going to be caught on camera so check back after the 1st September to see the ride for yourself!
We're jumping for the NSPCC, the charity of Gareth's tutor group 12E. We need to tell as many people as possible as we need to raise 900 Pounds Sterling in order to do the dives and raise the cash for our charity. It's a big ask but if everyone gives us a small amount it will all make a huge difference towards getting to our target amount.
